When Teddy entered the chalet, he brought the snow in with him. He stopped his feet, spreading the snow around, and Harry sighed. The holidays had just begun.

"Hey," Harry said, casting a Banishing spell before the snow could begin to melt, "careful of the floors. If you do anything to destroy the chalet –"

"We won't come back next year, I know." In spite of his repentant smile, he kicked one of the overstuffed armchairs as he made his way to the fireplace. "Harry?"

"Yeah?" All of their trunks were sent upstairs with a flick of Harry's wand. He hung their cloaks on wooden pegs by the door and then sat near the fire, Summoning quill and paper to write a grocery list.

"You know how you said I could ask a friend to stay with us for the Christmas hols again this year?"

"Sure – Ginny and Dean already said that James could come." Biscuits, tea, chocolate

"I … didn't ask James."

Harry stopped writing, and a blob of ink fell from the nib of his quill, blotting out his list. "Oh. Who did you ask?"

His hair turning dark brown and shading to black, Teddy turned away from Harry, throwing another log onto the fire and sending a flurry of sparks flying.

"Watch out, or you'll burn yourself," Harry said.

The door opened with a crack and the storm blew in, snow swirling and blowing at their feet. The fire was extinguished, thick smoke puffing through the room, and Harry yelped, fumbling for his wand. "What the –"

"Close the door, Scorpius. You're letting a draft in."

The gust of wind had yanked Harry's quill out of his hand. He Summoned it back to him, clutching it in cold fingers as he watched Draco and his son make themselves at home.

Draco Banished the melting snow and sent a spark zinging to the fireplace. The fire flared up again and Harry felt his cheeks warm. His quill had been broken, his parchment was crumpled, and he stood in a left-over puddle of melted snow.

"I – I invited Scorpius," Teddy said, his hair turning pink. "I didn't know his father was coming too."

"Don't lie until you can do it without your hair turning pink," Harry said, rubbing his temples. Another matchmaking attempt – Teddy still hadn't learned subtlety. "I've told you a thousand times –"

Draco crossed the room, Banishing the puddle of water at Harry's feet, repairing his quill, and capturing his hands. "I knew your holidays would be insufferable without my presence, so I took the liberty of adding myself to the party."

"You could have asked," Harry said. "This is my tradition with Teddy –"

Unclenching Harry's hands from tight fists, Draco rubbed along each vein in his palm and stroked his fingers. "Nonsense, Potter, I'll be your new tradition. I don't know how you've managed without my radiant company, all of these years. Small wonder that Teddy always looks gloomy after the holidays."

"He does not –"

"I'm going to show Scorpius to his room, Harry," Teddy said in a rush, grabbing Scorpius's hand and dashing up the stairs. Scorpius flicked his wand, and his luggage followed him.

"No underage magic in the house," Harry shouted after them, and then turned back to Draco. "I'm serious – this is my time with Teddy, and you –"

"Need to be part of your life at Christmas as well as during the rest of the year." Draco conjured a sprig of mistletoe and kissed Harry lightly. "Don't be such a Scrooge."

"I won't be impinging on your quality time with Teddy and he won't be interfering with us." Draco left a line of kisses down Harry's neck and along his collarbone, pushing his robe off his shoulder. "I'll have my time with you when you're tied to the bed and screaming for me, safe behind Silencing charms."

"Fine," Harry said, kissing him and pushing him away, "but none of that where the children can see, and if Teddy is unhappy about it –"

"It's okay, Harry," Teddy said from the top of the stairs. He peeked through the banister rails, his hair shining bright blue in the dim light. "You've got to have company for the holidays, too."

"Teddy –"

He clattered down the stairs, dragging Scorpius by the hand, and headed straight for the door. "We'll be outside, back for dinner," they said in unison. "See you."

"We'll talk about this later! And make sure you leave the snow outside when you come back in," Harry called after them.

Draco caught his hands again and pressed a kiss to them. "Happy Christmas," he said. "Come on – Scorpius and I brought groceries, so let's unpack them, and then maybe we can check out the hot tub upstairs."

He pulled Harry with him, and Harry recovered enough to press him against the wall, kissing him. "After surprising me like this – I think the hot tub should come first, don't you?"

Draco tangled his hands in Harry's hair, holding him close. "The milk will spoil," he said. "I know you haven't got groceries, and you'll have just ordered tea and chocolate anyway, so we –"

"Only have an hour until Teddy and Scorpius come in, hungry for dinner and ready to help. Come on." Harry tugged Draco up the stairs, stopping on each step to kiss him – his eyelids, his cheekbones, the tip of his nose.

"Tease," Draco said. He held his wand steady in one hand while he hopped out of his clothing, casting wards on the door and conjuring a vial of lube. The hot tub was already steaming – he tested the temperature with his toes before jumping in.

"Coming?"

"I should certainly hope so." Harry made sure to splash Draco as he went in, and the two of them tussled in the suds until Harry came out on top, pinning Draco against the side of the hot tub. They were soap-slick, rubbing together, and Draco kissed Harry's neck as Harry pinched his nipple.

"I'll make you sorry you didn't invite me earlier," Draco said, rolling his hips and pressing his cock against Harry's. "Trying to keep me a secret from Teddy all these years – oh, don't you think that you've gotten away with that, Potter. I'll make you pay."

Harry kissed him quiet, stroking his cock and swallowing his moans. The hot water rippled around them, tingling and heightening the sensations. "Paid already," Harry said between gasps. "Each day without you – each holiday without this –"

"Pretty – pretty words won't woo me," Draco said, clinging to Harry. "Oh –"

Harry kissed the base of his throat, sucking hard enough to leave a mark, and stroked faster as Draco's fingers dug into his shoulders. They came together and leaned against each other in the aftermath of their climaxes. Draco's hands were tangled in Harry's hair and Harry pressed open-mouthed kisses to Draco's shoulders.

"Well," he said, "you've already brightened up my holidays. You might as well stay, then."

Draco smacked him, the noise echoing over the steaming water. "Prat. I'll make you pay for that."

Harry helped him out of the tub, handing him one of the towels. "Come on, let's get cleaned up and downstairs before the boys have dragged half of the blizzard into the chalet. You can start dinner, and I'll pour you a glass of that wine you like."

"That wine is a Chateauneuf de Pape that's older than you are, Harry, and if you think that you can cozen me out of retribution with a –"

Kissing him, Harry helped him dry off and Summoned his scattered clothing. "Later, when Teddy and Scorpius are asleep. For now, just behave."

Draco shrugged into his robe, slicking back his wet hair with his fingers. "I always behave." He broke the wards and silencing spells just as the door downstairs burst open.

"We're back," Teddy shouted up the stairs. "What's for dinner?"

Harry gave Draco a last kiss before pulling him downstairs. "Don't tell me you – Teddy, I told you not to track all the snow in here."

Harry Banished the melting snow, and while the boys ran upstairs, scattering snow everywhere, Draco kissed him under the mistletoe, whispering "Happy Christmas."
