sassy_cissa sent me the loveliest package today -- I don't know how she knew that apple butter is one of my favorites, but she did! And the bread is simply delicious ... mmm, you know what I'm eating for supper (and for breakfast, and for supper again, and for breakfast ... yum!)

As far as the apple butter, you mentioned it in passing one night in chat. That is the best apple butter I know, so I had to send you some. lol

Oh, the bread is just fabulous ... I can hardly keep myself from sitting down and eating it all in one go, lol! At least being gone for most of the day means that there's still some left ... :D

I'd completely forgotten that I'd mentioned that ... guess I'm not good at remembering little things or big things either, lol! Oh well, it takes all kinds. :D
