The priest was fat, and jiggled as he stepped up to the altar. Harry sat through the hymns, fidgeting and twitching, and Hermione, her feet hidden by her skirt, kicked him. "Hold still," she hissed.

"Death comes to us all, as it came to Colin ..."

Harry still saw the dead, laid out in the Great Hall. He saw the wounds and the stiff staring faces.

He saw Snape, sprawled in a pool of blood.

"There is only one thing that saves us all from death," the priest said.

Harry jumped up, grabbing Hermione's purloined Time-Turner. "Of course – a bezoar!"
