Dandelion fluff, a lopsided cross of two green twigs, a half-shredded rose – Luna leaned back, studying her work.
Harry and Draco's cottage was snug and secure, perfect here in the sleepy countryside where the two rivers crossed. Luna peeped in the window to see them before she left.
They were entwined on the bed, green silk scarves binding Draco's wrists. Green silk tempts Clobberjumpers – she'll have to warn them.
Harry's lips were parted as he pounded into Draco, his eyes closed as he came. Luna smiled, turning away. With her good-luck charm, they were certain to have a happy ending.

A blizzard tore Scotland open, baring it for Dementors and war. It was the hardest winter in memory, teachers whispered amongst themselves.
The land was ravaged, the Muggles terrified. Half-born students returned from the holidays, tears frozen on their faces.
Regulus pulled a blanket around Severus, twining their legs together. "The storm's worsened."
Severus looked up from his textbook. "It isn't that bad."
Regulus took the book from him, pressing him down and leaning against his chest. "Severus ... is this only the eye of the storm?"
Snatching his book back, Severus sneered at him. "You're not afraid, are you?"

Charlie led Harry deeper into the amber caves, torchlight glittering around them. Their footfalls echoing, they stepped in stagnant puddles, the water murmuring through the tunnels.
"The dragon's lair is a place of great power," Charlie said. "There are countless legends."
"Who lived to tell the tales?"
"This dragon is long dead."
Harry found his hand in the dimness, fingernails pressing crescents into his palm. "So?"
"Power comes in many forms," Charlie said. "One legend has it that to make love in the heart of a dragon's lair is to –"
Snatching the torch, Harry dragged him down the tunnel.

Shadow-child, Draco bridges the gap between Harry and Voldemort. Gray, white and black, they come together in the final circle.
Draco is between them, prostrate on the floor. Curses arc through the air over him, sizzling along his spine and scorching his robes.
There's a final bright flare. He squeezes his eyes shut, half-blinded.
The world is broken open again with hoarse, ragged coughs. "Draco?"
Harry fumbles around the room. Draco scrambles to his knees, too tired to stand. "All right?"
"Blinded by the last curse," Harry says, reaching Draco. They link hands, white and gray alone at the last.

Charlie wakes alone. He flings one hand out, finding the bed cold, and forces his eyes open. "Kingsley?"
There's a note on the table, letters shaped by that beloved hand. Breakfast in the cupboard under a warming spell, it says. Gone to get the paper.
Charlie eats out on the beach, the salt air seasoning his tea and toast. Perfect round stones ring the flower-bed, and there's a pile of shells in the garden.
When Kingsley returns, there are letters, white against the blazing golden sand – Charlie's message waiting for him. I love you, written as large as Kingsley's proposal.

Well, as long as we're all having fun with these, I see no reason why the fun shouldn't continue. I'm feeling a little bit brave today, so ... if you leave a DH-compliant prompt, I ... might be able to write for it. If it turns out that it frightens my muse away, I'll apologize profusely and write you something else, how does that sound?
